Hello Lovely!
How are you doing? I hope you’re doing well! As I write this, I am uncertain of when I spoke with you last. I am sorry for that! I have been so focused on creating content for work for my Instagram and YouTube that I have forgotten to and have not spent time coming up with post ideas for here on the blog. I am writing this post the day after my 1-year marker of opening my Health Coaching business! My 1-year anniversary was on April 18, 2022! In honor of this I wanted to write a blog post for it! So, let’s get into it!
I can’t believe I made it to the one-year marker. With how the world is and with the average statistics for most small businesses that I recently learned about it’s crazy I made it a year! I am so grateful for that! It’s been such an amazing learning experience and I am so blessed that it gives me the flexibility to be with family, travel, or whatever the case be and still be able to work. I am just getting started still and I am interested to see where it takes me. As grateful as I am for it and as amazing as it is, don’t be fooled. It is still hard! It is not always easy and there are days where self-doubt can be strong. I am grateful just as much for the harder days too! As far as business is going right now, it is going well! I am grateful that my business has been a bit slow so I can learn things as I go and not get too overwhelmed with everything. I am still trying to figure out what “niche” I fit into, but I am really grateful for where I am right now!
Before I go, I wanted to mention I will be having a sale on my Health Coaching Program soon and will make a post later with the details about it if any of you would be interested in it! I want to say thank you for all your support and love as I have embarked on this Health Coaching journey! It means so much and I really appreciate it! I love all of you so much!
