One Step At A Time! (Written on 10/20/23)
It's been a minute since I wrote a post last. I'm pretty sure the last time I shared a blog post on here was a few months ago (a few days ago, because I didn't realize I never announced it on here. Even though the post was written up already.) to announce my becoming a Travel Agent. Life is a wild ride, and a part of me wants to apologize again for not posting as much over the course of the past two years or so. Maybe even longer than that. So much has been going on recently and this year in general. I want to update all of you, but I think I will save that for a different day. Today, I have a specific theme I want to cover, and I hope it helps and resonates with you. If you enjoy this, please feel free to share it with others!
As we all know, life has ups, downs, turnarounds, and everything in between. Sometimes, these moments and chapters can feel like a never-ending rollercoaster. In turn, it can be hard to figure out how to get off or how to cope with it. Right now, I am in one of those chapters where it is beautiful, frustrating, and maybe even a bit daunting in some ways. It's definitely a frustrating combination! Haha! But, one thing that I am working on and that's been helping is taking each thing one step at a time. In addition to that, I have been using meditation, journaling, and movement to help me move through the "tougher" parts. Especially when feelings and thoughts start coming into play. Finding tools to help you navigate life and things that can and do happen in life is so important.
At the end of the day, I want you to know, if you're going through it right now. Whatever that may look like for you, know that you are not alone. I see you! You are so loved, and I am so proud of you for being here! If you can, find things and tools that work for you, and that can help you to also take things one step at a time! Things will be better in the end! So, if things are tough now, it isn't the end yet. Keep going! You've got this!
Sending love and hugs,
The Inspiring Hummingbird!
